The One UoA brand provides a rich colour palette consisting of both deep and vibrant blues, and bright, warm accent colours.
Basics
1. Brand Identity
- Correct logo used, in correct size and placement
- Brand colour palette implemented correctly
- Brand fonts used and loaded properly
- Imagery and iconography consistent with brand
- Voice and tone matches brand guidelines
2. Navigation and Structure
- Global navigation follows brand IA pattern
- Clear CTAs on all pages
- Breadcrumbs (if used) are accurate and functional
- Mobile menu is functional and consistent
3. Footer
- Contains required links (e.g. About, Contact, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use)
- Displays correct copyright notice
- Social media links (if used) are accurate and branded
- Uses correct branding colours and logo (if applicable)
4. Accessibility
- Colour contrast meets WCAG AA/AAA where required
- Alt text included on all images
- Semantic HTML used (headings in order, proper button/label roles)
- Keyboard navigable
- ARIA roles used appropriately
5. Responsive Design
- Displays correctly on all major screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Breakpoints tested and functioning
- Touch targets are large enough for mobile users
