Variants

• Inter Display: Semi-bold and regular. Used for large display type, H1 headings, and text rendered at greater than 30px.
• Inter: Bold, regular, medium and italics are the official brand variants
• Preferred format: WOFF
• Google fonts:  Google fonts may be used (as on this website), but note that “Inter Display” is not currently available via that service. 

Fall back

• Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif.

Size and heirarchy

• The brand flexibility provides considerable scope for variations in type sizes provided: they remain accessible, clearly communicate structure and information hierarchy, and the correct font variant is used.
