How to use
Variants
- Inter Display: Semi-bold and regular. Used for large display type, H1 headings, and text rendered at greater than 30px.
- Inter: Bold, regular, medium and italics are the official brand variants
- Preferred format: WOFF
- Google fonts: Google fonts may be used (as on this website), but note that “Inter Display” is not currently available via that service.
Fall back
- Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif.
Size and heirarchy
- The brand flexibility provides considerable scope for variations in type sizes provided: they remain accessible, clearly communicate structure and information hierarchy, and the correct font variant is used. To determine font variants for various heading levels, check the adjacnet “Hierarchy and styles” examples.
